its an amphetamine stimulant meaning it helps stimulate the brain of those who have adhd allowing them a larger attention span by giving them increased brain stimulation. in larger doses orally or insufflated (assuming the time release coating has been removed) it cause effects comparable to a less a addictive less intense version of speed or other harder recreational amphetamines
