Help answer this question below.
YES...YES IT IS!! Let me get straight to the point. Over time, your body starts to become immune to the reccommended dosage,in turn, you increase the dosage for it to be effective. Before you know it,you'll be taking 8 or 9 pills a night to help you sleep, this can, and will have serious effects on your liver. I urge you to stop NOW! If you don't,you will experience the same thing a cocaine addict,or any other addict does, when you try to quit. You will not be able to quit without the help of medical doctors. The withdrawl symptoms make you very weak, tired, cause hot flashes, loss of appetite, etc. Once you get to this point,w/o proper medication to help with withdrawls, things can begin to shut down, possibly causing death. How do I know this...I was fortunate enough to live through it. PLEASE SEEK HELP.
