Is it possible to sell my home without a real estate agent?

    Yes, it's called, For Sale By Owner, you pretty much put up a for sale sign and see if anyone passing by the house is interested in buying. This is a good way to cut a good deal for both parties, minus all the closing costs that real estate agents charge etc.
