File for a divorce as you would in any other circumstance. Based on what I have seen with divorced couples in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, there is no need to do anything special with the Church in getting divorced; even if you were sealed in the temple.

If a woman decides to be sealed to another husband in the future, she will need to petition the First Presidency to have her previous sealing annulled. Her bishop and stake president could help her with that process.

    • Thank God, the Church doesn't prohibit divorce, and even permits some Temple sealings to be cancelled
