Help answer this question below.

I am hopeless at dancing. I get up on the dance floor and then don't know what to do and end up literally just standing there doing nothing and then going back to sit down. I can't even just move my arms [if you know what i mean]. Can anyone help at all?

    I dance like Im hemriging so I just get out and do my best napolian Dynamite, folks say stuff but I act like I cant here em.
