I want to stop cutting what can i do to replace it?

    I think you should maybe write down your feelings when you feel the need to do this to yourself. Take a second to think , do I really want to do this? Go find a magazine or read a book or hop on the computer. Go for a walk instead. Its what I try to do when I get the urge to eat when i'm not hungry. I hope this helps.

    • Your welcome. Anything that will take your mind off of it. You could even try crosswords or a puzzle. Anything you can whip out fast and just do.
