Help answer this question below.

Is it really possible for a woman to suddenly go into labor and give birth to a healthy baby without ever having known or suspected that she was pregnant? How could you not know?

    If the child giving birth was young enough and did not realize the changes her body was making. Young girls don't always have regular periods. I find it hard to believe an older woman would not know.
