Have you ever noticed that people who tailgate will sometimes stupidly hang around behind you for a while even though the passing lane is open? This happens to me from time to time and it's puzzling.

I can never figure that out...I think some people are afraid to pass or just enjoy following someone! I'd rather they passed me and started tailgating someone else!
