Help answer this question below.

There is this girl that likes me, but she is kind of afraid to talk to me. What in the world do I do about that?

    Try to engage her somehow in conversation. Not just "hi" - but something like "I like your necklace, is that new?" Keep doing that (& find open-type questions that can't be answered with a yes or no) & she may get used to the idea of opening up more to you. Start slow & let friendship build over time.
