I need to get up early for school around 6am and I usually go to bed around 1 or 2 in the morning. Any tips that can help me go to sleep earlier?

    I recommend doing some type of physical activity during the day, and at night, reading a magazine on something you enjoy. I read both Runner's World and Gamepro.
