Have you ever noticed that people who tailgate will sometimes stupidly hang around behind you for a while even though the passing lane is open? This happens to me from time to time and it's puzzling.

    Any time someone tailgates me, I slow down to annoy them. I also tap the brakes slightly, just enough to make the brake lights go on, but not enough to actually brake. They usually go away pretty quickly (and defeated!)
