Have you ever noticed that people who tailgate will sometimes stupidly hang around behind you for a while even though the passing lane is open? This happens to me from time to time and it's puzzling.

Yes, and they do that intentionally to annoy or anger you. The number of jerks out there is unbelievable. I just continue at the same speed I'm going and if they do past me and give me the finger I just smile or chuckle. Makes them angrier. Lol.
