Help answer this question below.

Am I the only one that is feeling very drowsy and always sleepy while taking Effexor XR? The drug works well, but it makes me so tired:( any experiences?

    Hello
    I ve taken Effexor several times and for prolonged times..and I found that yes it did make me very tired for a long time, especially near the beginning , I could not get enough sleep!! now Ive been taking it for 6 months and it varies from day to day, some days I get drowsier,others not so drowsy..and I have tried taking it a different times of the day also, I just give myself enough rest and I see it as the downside of the drug bc it does work well and its the price you pay for peace and relaxation!
