Your question begs another question--why would they give up such coveted titles? If you go to the website for immigration and naturalization services website (USCIS.gov) you can find the link on the main page.

This is a little known fact, but in the USA, all treaties and agreements entered into by the Continental Congress, the Confederation, and the colonial government of the 13 colonies are almost still in effect. I'm putting this here not for rating, but specifically for your parents. Certain titled aristocracy in England and France have the explict right to live unlimited amounts of time in certain areas of the USA, free from visa restrictions under certain treaties---these include the Second Treaty of Utrecht of 1692, Mass Bay Colonies laws, certain laws passed by the House of Burgess in 1765, and the land grand to William Penn. To give an example, under the Treaty of Versaille--the one that ended the Revolutionary War, the border between Canada and the USA was NEVER to be closed, always open, and never militarised or militiatized. Current restrictions for the "war on terror" at this border are violations of this agreement and some groups are filing suit in federal court to re-open the border or have the Treat Ammended. But certain communities within the orginal 13 colonies/territories entered into agreements still on the books that superceeded federal law----because they were duly passed by bodies authorized by the supreme law of the land--the constitution....and each has to be dealt with individually. Chances are that your parents would have to go through the process outlined at INS, but it would be interesting if they were one of the named aristocracy that didn't.
