    • My son allegedly committed suicide in 1999. At the hospital one of the nurses put bags over his hands but I was in shock and didn't know anyone to check for gsr on his hands so it was never done. He died 2 days later, we donated some of his organs as he wanted and brought him home to Colorado for burial. I sued the city and they took it to the state appelate court (not colorado) and we lost and I didn't have any money to go further because I worked for an airline and 9/11 occurred. There are police lies all over the transcript. Would there be any way to prove that he didn't have gsr on his hands at this late date? P.S. the police would not let his psychiatrist, his attorney friends, his mother, etc etc talk to him. His mother did get through to him on the phone and he said he'd been up 24 hours, wanted cigarettes, to talk to her, and to go in for treatment. (he already had cigarettes we found out later but he thought apperantly that they would let his mother talk to him if he said he didn't have any) After an 8 hour shift, the police fired a projectile through the upstairs balcony window and stormed the apartment. My son was on the floor on a pillow half-asleep one person told me and then later said he couldn't say that in court oterwise the other police would get even with him. MTS
