    * all of the egg's fat, cholesterol and almost half of the protein
    * all of the egg's Vitamins A, D, and E and zinc
    * most of the egg's phosphorus, manganese, iron, copper, iodine and calcium
    * about 60 calories (in a large egg)

    • In other words, the best part. The white is mostly protein, but the cholesterol of the yolk was much maligned a few decades ago. It is really mostly the "good kind", or LDL. Two eggs are far healthier than a hamburger. Neither is dangerous in moderation. You don't have to eat them every day.
