Alternate recipe:
Gulden's mustard
Worchester sauce
horseradish
Put these in a sauce pan and bring to a bubble. Put tuna steaks on grill and coat with sauce. Serve rare with a nice glass of red wine.

that sounds interesting actually. why guldens and not ground mustard?
have you ever made anything with prepared mustard that gets cooked on stove? it stinks - especially if mixed with garlic.
but it does taste nice.

The Guldens is make the sauce kind of creamy. If you just used ground mustard with worcestershire (now spelled correctly), it would be too watery. The Guldens gets thick and bubbly. And yeah, when you bring it to the bubble on the stove, it is kind of stinky.
