How do you know if your cat is anorexic?

You'd have to take your kitty to the vet. Anorexia is a medical diagnosis. Your cat may be skinny for other reasons. However, if you truly suspect anorexia, or any other medical problem (including being underweight), your kitty needs to go to the vet soon.
