Heat.

Releasing the tension in all triggering areas. Sometimes the neck cramp is referred pain from the back, which can be triggered by stress, and so on.

- Not just a backache, but upper shoulder tension, or sitting in front of the tv/computer a lot.
  
  I get neck pain when I slouch, or get stressed.
