Sometimes when i sneeze, caugh, or blow my nose really hard i see dots flying all over the place. What are they? What makes them appear?

    It's a reaction to the built-up pressure inside your eye when you sneeze. Should be similar if you squeeze your eyes shut and then open them, especially at night.

      If they only happen when you sneeze, rub your eyes, etc, they're normal. If you see lots of flashes for no reason then it could be a loose part of your retina and you should see an eye doctor.
