    Not anymore.

    As a teen, healthy eating and exercise could have helped. However, heredity has a lot to do with your adult size, so diet and exercise may have only contributed an extra inch or two.

    • So true. As a child, I drank lots of milk because I was told, "It'll build strong bones and make you taller." Yeah, right.
