I would reccomend before you do a cycling workout to warm up low intensity walk or cycle very slow a good 3-5 min.Once warmed up stretch your quads, hams, calves. whiel seated with legs in front of you reach for your toes. that's a good ham/quad stretch.i would also do stand facign a wall and get in a position liek you would if you were gonna push against the wall with all yoru might.you should have one foot back and the other forward with your hands against the wall.this is a calf stretch just lean back your weight more onto the foot thats in back,Try to flatten that foot down.Once done that foot switch so your opposite foot is in the back and do the same for that one.Thats a couple stretches good for it.Best wishes ;)

    • I had to rush at the end of it forgot to mention you can do those same two stretches at the end of the cycling session too.I personally would just stretch at the end of the cycling session altogether,Just make sure you warm up a good 3-5 mins before you crank up the intensity.I personally stretch only at the end of any cycling or jogging or walking that i do.But extra stretching never hurts.=)
