I had to rush at the end of it forgot to mention you can do those same two stretches at the end of the cycling session too.I personally would just stretch at the end of the cycling session altogether,Just make sure you warm up a good 3-5 mins before you crank up the intensity.I personally stretch only at the end of any cycling or jogging or walking that i do.But extra stretching never hurts.=)
