Help answer this question below.

If you are having dinner and your young childs friend is in your house do you ask them to leave, or sit in the lounge to you finish?

    I agree with all the other answers. I would set a plate for the child and if he/she does not want to eat, or already did then he/she is welcome to sit and visit with the family. A great way to get to know your childs friends.

    • They are 6 year olds and the child would have to go home and ask can he eat at mine incase his mum has dinner on which she usually does
