It does, it bugs me badly. especially when they make post after post in all caps, not just one. I try not to let it bother me, but I tend to ignore those posts after a bit.
Does anybody else ever feel a little nervous to post/answer questions?
Some of the people here can be a little mean sometimes... D:

Do those who insult the Question/Questioner realize they are also insulting those who answer the question sincerely? Or are they clueless?

You're reading Does it bug you when people type in all Caps? Do you wish we could flag them? I know there are some legit reasons for it but come on.. why is it so hard to understand turn off the caps lock?
