Yes, it does. It burns my retina. Ever since the onset of the Internet, I've heard that typing in all caps is a no-no, it's considered impolite and yelling, yet, some people just don't get it
Do those who insult the Question/Questioner realize they are also insulting those who answer the question sincerely? Or are they clueless?

You're reading Does it bug you when people type in all Caps? Do you wish we could flag them? I know there are some legit reasons for it but come on.. why is it so hard to understand turn off the caps lock?

Agreed. Some people do need to it because of visual difficulties but most don't. i feel i am back in school and being punished for something (being yelled at). Wonder if they know they are much more likely to get answers if they don't do that
