How can I keep my goggles from fogging when swimming in cold water?

    They actually sell no-fog goggles. They work quite well in my experience. I was on swim team for 4 years and we practiced in icy cold water. I've tried saliva, but it didn't work very well for extended periods of time. They would stay fog free for at most 20 minutes. Speedo brand no-fog goggles are great. Especially when supplemented by no-fog drops after about 6 months of use - they sell them at swim meets and at swimming supply stores.
