A thought is like a ball in your hand. Sometimes, you have a thought, and then another thought and you try to carry them both (or more) to the destination where thought #1 is applicable. Usually, we drop the thought on the way, but arrive at the place we were going to use it, then can't remember what we are doing there. The best way to get the thought back is: return to where you had it and you will find it again.
