    Sort of, but it's free. You can post as many questions as you like, and we will never charge you. However, because we rely on regular users for answers, we cannot guarantee a prompt (or accurate) answer.

    We recommend when you submit a question to select the checkbox below the question entry area, asking us to email you when it the question is answered. As soon as another user answers your question, we will notify you by email, so you don't have to keep checking the site.

    Also, make sure to look at the ratings that answers on the site have received. Some answers may not be accurate, and that will usually be reflected in the user ratings for that answer. Please look for the highest rated answer for any given question.
