Regarding Divorce: Some say people these days are just not committed I think, the divorce rate is just high these days because women are not forced to stay due to lack of freedom, financial dependence, or religious shame. Agree? Disagree?

    The bottom line is when people get married for the wrong reasons they don't have to stay in it anymore for many of the reasons you listed.

      When people marry for the purpose of having a wedding, a baby, a roof over their head because they can't provide one for themselves or to escape the fear of being alone...it ends badly.
