that's just acting different. true, acting can be it's own release, but it can also just further your emotional repression.
what helps me release bottled up emotion is allowing myself to explode. just get it all out. all your happy all your sad all your ENERGY. do something exhilerating, strenuous, awe-inspiring. SHOCK yourself into calm. it's amazing.
