According to a worker at my local Ford dealership, many people have experienced difficulties starting their car because they have Esso Speedpasses (http://www.speedpass.ca/Canada-English/Products/Speedpass/PS_S_SpeedpassHomePage.asp) on their keychain with the automatic door locker. It somehow drains the power. If you have a Speedpass or something similar on your keychain, this may be the problem, so you should immediately remove it.
