Can Seroquel cause nightmares?

    I took Seroquel for 2 years. For the last year and a half I took 400 mgs a day. At the beginning I did have nightmares, but they did end up going away after my body adjusted (maybe 2 months). If you just started the medication I would say wait out the nightmares as it is most likely only temporary. But as always, contact your psychiatrist with your concerns about the nightmares induced by the Seroquel and DO NOT quit taking it or change your dosage pattern.
