My son is most likely getting a divorce and has a step son . My question is...The biological father signed
over his rights last month so that my son could adopt him. Well now he will not be adopting him but his
soon to be ex wife says that he will have to pay child support since the biological father signed over his
rights. Does anyone know if this is true?
In California, if I buy a bigger house, will it reduce my child support payments?
