There are a few very small keys that determine this. Most important being you water intake. The drugs you mention are all hydrochloride meaning they are very easy for your body to process. In a good guess I would say 48 hours with a good amount of water intake. The exception here would be Ultram. This drug has alot of the narcotic property but is actually a anti inflamatory and related to asprin. For that reason Ultram may take up to 2 weeks.
