Do you eat meat? why or why not?

    Yes, I do because
    a) It tastes good.
    b) Meat provides essential nutrients which are very difficult to obtain from a vegetarian diet.
    c) Its natural. We are omnivores, we have both sets of teeth.
    Having said that, I only ever eat free range, local meat and limit it to about 4 times a week, as it can be expensive and I prefer fish :)
