Should smoking be allowed in bars, and why or why not?

    It should be up to the owner and the customers. You kind of have to expect that if you go into a place for adults there will be smoking. Especially in bars. Even people who don't smoke will do it if they go to a bar. They passed that kind of legislation up here in Ohio and forgot to finish writting the bill before they put it on the ballot. And what they have come up with is going to be immpossible to enforce. The first week after it was passed they had to suspend it till they figured out what they were doing. And the bars lost half their revenue. Now it's completly ignored. I've decided that if they do start inforcing it I'm not going to any bars around here. I'll stay home and drink.
