Help answer this question below.

I cheated on my boyfriend of 3 years and lost him. I know what I did was wrong and totally out of character for me. I can't get over the break-up because I just can't forgive myself and it's been 2 months. Any advice?

You can't feel guilty about it forever. You've already paid a huge price for your stupidity, so no point in keeping on beating yourself up over it. Accept that that part of your life is over and find other challenges.
