How does one control trills between two notes?

    Start slowly. Sing from one note to the next and back again. As you get more comfortable, start to build up speed, but always have a distinct difference between the two notes.

    Move your hand up and down along with the notes if you need a visual reference. I was learning trills around the time that that Outkast song "Hey Ya" was really popular, so my teacher was telling me to shake my trill like a Poloroid picture!
