Help answer this question below.

Do you think the media propagates hatred/ignorance/separatism by using unnecessary terms like African-American, Irish-American, etc.? I am so very sick of this whole Politically Correct movement I would like to stab at my eyes with sporks!!

    I honestly do believe that the media does want to promote separatism. Instead of saying an African-American male, they can just say the man or men. In the question, "Which would you rather be called? Caucasian American or White American? Black American or African American?", we spoke about how people like to refer to themselves by where their family originated from instead of by American. I belive many people get this notion from the media that they must do it because believe it or not, many people live and die by the televesion and what it preaches.
