I'm attracted to a cute but shy guy, and I think he likes me too. I got his number from a friend who told him I like him. Should I call him?

He already knows you like him because your friend went and told him, so you have already made the first move.

Its a shame he didnt send a message back.

Its up to you whether you phone him or speak to him face to face, but do the one that would be most natural, so nobody feels too awkward.
