I have two dating profiles. One has me in photos just as I appear normally. That one gets about a response every couple of days. The other is me dressed really slutty... it gets a million responses. Are guys really just pigs?

No, the guys that are actively seeking for slutty chicks on dating sites are.

Sooo let me get this straight...you upload a picture of you dressed like a slut, which typically stimulates an erotic response from men, and THEY'RE the assholes for responding the exact way you anticipated they would when you wore that dress? It's like the bullfighter waving the red cloth, and then getting angry at the bull for charging.

Sexual arousal is a basic autonomic response. If you target a basic autonomic response, it is much easier to get a response. Making a person fall for you and find you generally interesting is not a basic autonomic response, it requires much more effort and is only achieved when proper measures have been taken to penetrate an individual's psyche in order to create intrigue. That's why advertising agencies use sex to sell things, not deep interpersonal philosophical characteristics of the human condition. One requires a lot of thought in a short period of time, the other does not.

Think of it this way, let's say I was trying to get the most responses from the most people. If I were to ask people to either give me the summary of the Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith or tell me their favorite color, more than likely the majority of responses would be people's favorite color. Does that mean that everyone that was asked is an illiterate self-centered commie fuck? Not at all. You see my point?

Men want sex, and we would prefer it came without complications, no question. But getting upset that guys just want to fuck you when you're dressed like a slut makes about as much sense as a cop getting upset for people just wanting him to fight crime when he's dressed as a police officer. If you don't want to be objectified, don't present yourself as an object.
