Oatmeal is a great one, fruits and veggies are a must and nuts are amazing, jsut cause they got fat in them don't mean they will make you fat. Stay away from pop and fruit juices (unless they are natural with no additive sugar crap like High fructose corn syrup, fructose, sucrose, ect.. they make fruit juice just as bad as pop, they usually only have maybe 10% fruit in them anyway)
Also try eating 6 smaller meals aday instead of 3 larger ones, this will keep your motabolisum up all day to burn all those calories with less effort, stay active this will make your body like a machine just wanting to burn
