The only time I actually lose weight is when I feel that I am simply starving myself. Can you share some dieting tips to help with this?

    Yarnlady is happy every day

    Eat whenever you are hungry, and only when you are hungry. Eat only a small portion and try to make it fresh, plain vegetables and fruits. Drink as much water as you can comfortably drink, try for at least 6 glasses a day.

    Walk at least a mile a day, and more is better.
