The only time I actually lose weight is when I feel that I am simply starving myself. Can you share some dieting tips to help with this?

    Eat oatmeal every day.

    I had heard that it "strips gut fat" but I didn't believe it until I tried it. I have lost 6 pounds since I started and some of it is from the dreaded gut. I haven't modified anything else so....
