In what countries does nodding your head up and down mean no, and shaking side to side mean yes?

    In Bulgaria you'll find that people shake their heads to say yes and nod their heads to say no, although when they nod it's usually a simple, one-time up and down movement as opposed to the up-down, up-down nodding in the affirmative common in North America and Europe.
