just make a few changes to the ammount you eat now, such as if you drink pop replace that with water or fruit juice, replace a meal with a salad, and if you snack alot look for healthier snack options next time your at the store.
also going for a walk after eating a meal will make a huge difference.
it may feel like your losing nothing, dont weigh yourself every day or even every week, the very small weight loss will make you feel like your waisting your time, iinstead only weigh yourself once a month. weight usually comes of faster at first so in a few months time when your weight loss has slowed to a crawl this is normal, keep it up and given a year you will notice a difference.
