The thing is, the nursing home would probably get the money. They ain't cheap, you know.
However, there seems to be a major problem with this question. You're looking for a way to NOT pay alimony, when your ex-wife is obviously having health issues.
I can't imagine the callousness of this situation.
My mothers ex-husband of over 3 years ago is trying to get alimony can he if he has his gf leaving with him?
