I have found 2 pills, the first one i found is a beige round pill that has a G on one side and the numbers 2444 on the other.... the 2nd one i fould is a white round pill that has an arrow on both sides.... can anyone assist in telling me wh

    Can somebody tell me what is up with all these people finding pills and why is it that they don't have the common sense to throw them down the toilet if they don't know what they are? Or am I really missing something else here altogether?
