Myself and several other salaried employees are forced to be on-call 24/7 all year long, with no extra pay. Is this legal?

    Being on Call isn't actually working... It's just stating in your employment agreement that if your needed they will call and you come in. Now if you exeed 40hrs per week then your getting into over-time laws and when it comes to salaried employees a grey fog forms...
