What can I do take to permanently dry up my sinuses?

As far as I know - nothing, other than severe cocaine damage.

Also, you wouldn't want to dry them up. Your sinusus clean, warm, and humidify the air. If they were dry you would be sick more often and you would have a much drier throat.

In my opinion, runny noses are worth it.
